In our 1:1 sessions, we focus on what matters most to you—whether that's:

Each session is 45 minutes of focused, compassionate coaching designed to help you gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and take meaningful action.

Length: 45 minutes


Investment: $125 per session ($100 for Midlife Momentum members)

Sessions are scheduled at your convenience through my online calendar. Come prepared with what's on your mind, and we'll dig in together. You can do these once a month for goal setting and a personalized check in, weekly for a more hands on coaching, or any cadence that works for you.
