FAQ's
I'm not in midlife. Can I still work with you?
Absolutely! While much of my content speaks to midlife experiences, the principles of healthspan and sustainable behavior change apply at any age. If my approach resonates with you, I'd love to work together.
What is your coaching philosophy?
I believe in meeting you where you are with compassion, not judgment. Change doesn't come from willpower or restriction—it comes from understanding what drives your behavior, building systems that work for your life, and cultivating self-trust. I combine science-backed strategies with heart-centered support.
What are your credentials?
I'm a certified wellness and behavior change coach with over 18 years of experience. My training includes Positive Psychology, mindfulness practices, and extensive work in habit formation and healthspan strategies. I've coached thousands of individuals through transformational change.
Do you help with weight loss?
Yes, in my private 1:1 coaching, I support people with a wide range of health goals, including weight loss, if that's something you want to focus on.
My approach has always been rooted in sustainable habit change and overall health--not just the number on the scale. Midlife Momentum, my membership community, is intentionally not weight-loss focused. Instead it centers on longevity and healthspan. While weight changes can happen as a byproduct, they are not the goal inside the membership.
What does healthspan mean?
Healthspan refers to the number of years you live in good health—free from chronic disease, with energy, mobility, and the ability to fully engage in life. It's not just about living longer; it's about living better for longer.
What's included in the membership?
Members get access to weekly live morning meditations (Mondays 7:30 AM ET), monthly Longevity Lab sessions (evening deep-dives into healthspan topics), a private community feed for daily connection and accountability, a menopause connection space, occasional expert webinars, a resource library, and a $25 discount on 1:1 coaching sessions.
What's the difference between the membership and private coaching?
Midlife Momentum is a community-based membership with group sessions, shared learning, and ongoing connection. You can engage daily if you like--there is a built in rhythm of support, conversation and accountability. Plus I'm in the community every day alongside you.
Private coaching is one-on-one, fully personalized to your specific goals and challenges. Sessions can be weekly, monthly, or used occasionally when you want extra support, focus, or accountability. Each session includes dedicated time and customized strategies.
Many clients choose to do both, using the membership for community and momentum, and private coaching for deeper, individualized support.
Can I join if I can't make the live sessions?
Absolutely! All live sessions (meditations, Longevity Labs, and webinars) are recorded and are always available, so you can watch on your own schedule and still participate in the community feed anytime.
What platform do you use for the membership?
The membership community lives on Mighty Networks. It's a private, user-friendly platform designed specifically for online communities. You can access it via web browser or their mobile app.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
That's entirely up to you! At minimum, the weekly meditation is 10-15 minutes and the monthly Longevity Lab is about 45 minutes. Many members also spend time daily engaging in the community feed, but there's no pressure. Take what works for you.
What is the pricing?
The first 100 members lock in a special founding member rate of $30/month (instead of the regular $39.99/month) for as long as they remain active members. It's my way of saying thank you to the people who help build this community from the ground up.
Can I cancel if I need to?
You can cancel your membership anytime through your Mighty Networks account settings. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
How does 1:1 Private Coaching work?
We meet for 45-minute sessions via Zoom or phone (your choice). You bring what's on your mind—whether that's a specific challenge, a goal you're working toward, or an area where you feel stuck—and we work through it together with personalized strategies and support.
How many sessions do I need?
That depends on your goals! Some clients book single sessions for specific challenges. Others work with me regularly (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or an occasional one off) for ongoing support. We can discuss what makes sense during your free consultation.
Do you offer packages or payment plans?
Currently, sessions are booked individually. If you're interested in a package arrangement, reach out and we can discuss options.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
Can I do both membership and private coaching?
Yes! In fact, many clients find this combination incredibly powerful. The membership gives you community and ongoing learning, while private coaching provides personalized attention for your specific needs. Plus, as a member you save $25 per coaching session.
How do I book a coaching sesion with you?
You can book directly through my online calendar (Cal.com). You can just click this "Book a Session" link and choose a time that works for you. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
